About The View
Our Cottage
The View is a single storey, 1 bedroom self catering cottage. We are located in rural Goodnestone, between Faversham & Whitstable in Kent . We offer stunnings views across the Kent landscape.
Inside The View
The View has an open plan living space consisting of a lounge area with smart TV, fully fitted & equipped kitchen & dining area. The bedroom offers a King-Sized bed, chest of drawers & double wardrobe. The View has a separate shower room to offer you space to freshen up & enjoy a warm shower. We also have a double sofa bed in the lounge to allow us to accomodate up to 4 guests.
Outside The View
Outside, guests have access to their own patio table & chairs & can use the Pergola area on arrangement. These areas offer the stunning views across the fields to Whitstable. There is private parking for 2 cars, reserved for The View guests & visitors.
Exploring Kent
Within 15 minutes of our holiday cottage you can be in Canterbury with it's historic City Wall, Cathedral; You can even go for a punt along the river! Whitstable is also just a 10 minute drive with oysters, restaurants, shops & beaches to enjoy. Medway towns such as Rochester are only 30 minutes away. The View is just a 5 minute drive from Faversham town centre & train station which has great links to the Kent Coast & London. Kent offers stunning coastline, countryside & widlife alongside historic castles, cathedrals & stately homes. All are easily acesible from our location.
